Fashion Photography
I've always had an intrigue with fashion. There's something about displaying your personality through the items you wear as well as accessorize with that tell somewhat of a story for who you are. It was that intrigue with fashion as well as photography that led me to want to capture life and fashion with my camera.
Yesterday marked the 2 year anniversary for my indulgence inside the world of fashion and photography. In that time I've loved it, hated it, quit it and missed it all at the same time. In my first year as a fashion photographer I was offered an opportunity to sign with an agency in Los Angeles that I ultimately turned down.
Year two marked me being published for the first time as a photographer. In hindsight, I guess these past 2 years have been a roller coaster ride of success, disappointment, meeting new people as well as me finding out who I am and what I want out of life. As of right now, at the start of year three, I'm on retirement from being an active fashion photographer.
I don't know what lies ahead. Only time will tell where the roller coaster will lead, if anywhere at all.
This is a random collection of images documenting my fashion photography journey.

The Beach
As a kid, I never realized how much I enjoyed the beach. I took it for granted. My dad & uncles were really big into fishing and I remember them dragging me along to go fishing off of the shore late at night. It'd be pitch black out with the only sounds being our conversations and the waves crashing. You could smell the salt of the ocean in the air and the scent of the squid we'd use for bait. I remember it being so cold but waiting in anticipation for someone's line to pull made the night worth it. Those are good memories I have.
It wasn't until I moved away that I realized, I have a deep appreciation for the beach. My most favorite place to be is jogging along the sand and shore on an overcast day. The beach gives me a tranquility unrivaled to any other place.
